Location: Kitchen in the Garden @ Cedar Nursery.

This  class is for owners or prospective owners of Kamado Joe grills and is a hands on class which will leave you with new BBQ skills.

You'll consume the delicious food cooked during the event and will consist of 4-5 of the following:

• Pichana – reverse seared
• Bavette - flame grilled
• Flame grilled Mediterranean lamb chops with herb basting
• Grilled Peri Peri chicken
• Smoked chicken wings

Plus a variety of sides.
